You will have a dedicated technical coach with significant experience in software engineering, as well as a professional development coach, and they will both support you in meeting your learning goals.

Additionally, you will be assigned a buddy who will be there to help you settle in and support you for as long as you need.
We'll support you with any other resources you need, such as books, tools, or study materials for certifications.

A proven academic track record. Candidates should have top A levels or equivalent and be expecting a First Class degree in a technical subject area or relevant postgraduate qualification.

Direct hands-on experience of either Java or .NET (or both).
Fluency in English.
